INTERIOR
Studio Ariadne 2 is located on the first floor of an apartment block consisting of 8 apartments.
The studio has been freshly repainted recently. It consists of an open plan living/dining/small kitchen and a shower room. There is a large floor to ceiling built in wardrobe in the living area.
There is a small covered balcony at the back of the studio, which is sunny in the mornings.
The apartment block has an elevator and a fuel powered central heating system. Each apartment has its own thermostat and meter for the fuel consumption.
EXTERIOR
The apartments are located 300m from the quiet pebbly beach, the SYNKA supermarket is nearly opposite, and there is a café next door and a tavern opposite. Practical in every way.

The village of Maleme lies just 16 km from the main town of Chania, and is easily accessible by car or bus.
Maleme is a large village where all necessary amenities can be found as butcher, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, vet and local transportation.
The village has a handful of local Taverna's for you to enjoy as well as a small selection of apartments and studios.
The beach of Maleme stretches all the way to Chania and is quiet and relaxing. The shingle beach offers complete quietness and a handful of beachfront bars.
