INTERIOR
All 4 apartments have a similar layout and size. There are 2 ground floor apartments and 2 on the top floor.
They consist of an open kitchen/living room area, bright and airy with a constant flow of light, 2 bedrooms and a shower room.
The light-colored kitchens are equipped with electrical appliances and a single sink.
The living areas are cozy and have patio doors leading to balconies where one could install outdoor furniture. All apartments enjoy stunning and unobstructed sea views because the plot located between the apartments and the sea is not a building plot and never will be.

However, they need some work. The top apartments more than the ground floor ones. There are no air conditioning units, they will need to be painted and treated, the top apartments would need new wardrobes and maybe the new owner would consider replacing the patio doors and window frames with aluminum rather than wood as they are very exposed to the elements of weather (sun, salt) due to their vicinity to the sea.

THE AREA
Nopigia is a small village located at the bay of Kastelli, between the lively villages of Kolymbari and Kastelli.
The apartments are set only a few meters from the beach and during the summertime there is a mini market nearby for the necessary amenities. Opposite the apartments there is a very good tavern while more tavernas and cafes are within walking distance.
The sandy beach is literally opposite.
Kolimbari is a 10 minutes' drive from there. With its remodelled and beautiful harbour, lovely beach and tavernas, cafes, doctors, dentist, supermarkets and all required amenities open all year around, it is a nice friendly but upmarket small town in this lovely part of Crete.
Kolymbari's long and beautiful beach is ideal if you're looking for a relaxed spot to sunbathe - it's not too touristy, so there's plenty of space to spread out. The crystal clear water is perfect for swimming and ideal for all and the beach front tavernas are friendly and offer stunning options for lunch or dinner out next to the gentle waves lapping almost to your feet!.
Crystal clear waters await you, the waterfront and the beautiful harbour, which has just enjoyed a multi million euro revamp, encloses sailing and fishing boats, and is ideal for a stroll in the afternoon or a good meal in one of its taverns overlooking the the sea, the hills and the mountains rising majestically in the background.
Every Friday there is a "laiki", an open vegetable and fruit market in Kolymbari where one can buy fresh locally grown products, fish, locally made cheeses, honey and enjoy the amazing produce that is abundant locally.
The town of Kastelli is just a 10 minutes' drive from the apartments and offers all types of amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, bakery, butcher, school, post office, local transportation, restaurants, cafes and beautiful beaches.
Just 20 minutes' driving is the famous sandy beach of Falassarna.
There are hiking paths around the area leading to stunning view points and plenty of sandy beaches on the east coast.
The historical city center of Chania is a 40-minute drive while Chania airport is a one-hour drive.
